PT 12 access violation instead of bounce to disk window

Hi,

we have PT 12 HD and PT 12 here. (12.3)
If I have a session or a template, where several "Bounce Sources" have been used, the next time I open the bounce to disk Window in the session, still those sources are selected.
This results in
"Could not complete the Bounce To Disk command because Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ", when I try to ope the bounce to disk dialogue in PT12 non HD.
I understand, that there is an "only one source at a time" limitation in PT12 non HD, but that should not inhibit to open the bounce to disk dialogue window.
Import session data of a problematic session into a new one did'nt help.
If I bounce to disk with PT HD, and set the dialogue to one source only, I can open and bounce the project with PT12 non HD as expected.


Any suggestions?

Probably a faulty plugin.

Voxengo SPAN, or Sonnox DeClick, or other...

Deactivate all plugins...
Save,
Reboot, load, bounce...
If Ok.

Start activating all similar plugins...
Bounce...
If Ok Activate other group of similar plugins...
Bounce...
If Ok, activate another group...
Bounce, until you find the faulty plugin.

I am no native english speaking guy, maybe I was not clear enough in my description.

Ilok with PT HD12 on machine->everything fine
Ilok with PT 12 on machine->access violation Error when I try to open "bounce to disk" window.
Ilok with PT HD 12 on machine again->everything fine

Someone else with both licenses can confirm this?

HD has more features, vs. Standard...

Heat, HD Interfaces, Multiple output Bounce, more simultaneous audio tracks, more video tracks, maximum I/O over >32, More Bonus Plugins, ICON, Advanced Automation, Advanced Audio Editing, Advanced Video Editing, TrackPunch / DestructivePunch, Satellite Link, Surround Mixing, Field recorder workflows, >128 Aux, etc...

You must find what are the differences in your .ptx session.
Or in /setup/preferences
Or in /setup/session.

example:

¿has HDX DSP plugins,?
¿Has Surround Track?
¿Has HD interfaces?
Heat?
Advanced Automation?
Advanced Editing?
More than 2 video tracks?

I am trying to tell, that I know the problen, which is, that in the sessions in question has been already done a bounce to disk, with multiple sources with PT12HD. This will lead to the access violation, if I try to open the bounce to disk window in PT 12.
I understand, that this is a feature of PT 12 HD only, but it is not a question of features, to be able to open the bounce to disk dialogue, even if I can only bounce one source at a time.
