Konnekt 48 Questions

I am looking at getting the Konnekt 48. I have 2 pairs of monitors and 1 sub. I want to be able to use both sets of monitors with the sub. So say could have one set go through the Main Outs, Second set through outs 5 and 6, and the sub out of 7 and have the sub turned on anytime the main outs or outs 5 and 6 are running?

Also how is this running for people on Windows 7 64 bit now with the latest drivers? I know they used to be pretty bad.

How does this interface sound for both pres and conversion?

How is the tracking latency on this? Does the NEAR direct monitoring work well on this with Windows?
