Structure and monitor resolution

Does Structure being open on the window demand a certain resolution? I have dual 20" apple displays and the Gefen Cat 5 5000, and when Structure is open on the A monitor, and I drag it over to the B monitor, it caused the monitor to go all weird, like slightly fuzzy resolution, until I drag it off that monitor back onto the A monitor then all is fine.

Anyone have this issue?
