Default HELP! My Video Card Turned Everything Blue

I was doing some minor tweaks to my system the other night and when I restarted everything was blue as a summer sky. I tried changing color, gamma, and or contrast settings. But nothing. I cannot figure this thing out. It is an ATI Radeon 7000 dual display card. Help Please///
Thanks to all in advance, Steve

First of all check your monitor if you can on another computer.

What OS are you running? If you have ME, 2000, or XP you should be able to go back to a restore point before you changed drivers. Otherwise unistall the drivers and set it back up for a standard VGA monitor. turn off the machine, reseat the video card (this may not do anything but it eliminates things) Restart the machine and resinstall the drivers again.

If all of the above doesn't help, try starting windows in safe mode - it uses a generic video driver and may allow you to get in and reset / restore things.
