Default 2022.4 - blue outline around fader and pan knob

Just updated to 2022.4 and I'm noticing a new graphics 'issue' that I haven't seen before. When I mouse over a fader or pan knob it is outlined in blue like in the attached image.

This reminds me of some iOS accessibility features I've accidentally turned on before on my iPhone or iPad, but I can't seem to figure out what's causing it here in Pro Tools. Nothing like this is happening in other apps on my Mac, so I don't think it's a system setting. I also updated EuControl to 2022.4, so I thought it might be a new preference or something related to Eucon but I haven't found anything yet either in Pro Tools or EuControl prefs that seem to be related.

My guess is it's just a setting I need to change rather than a bug, or maybe it's a feature that I'm just unaware of? Anyone have any ideas?

I think that’s the new Eucon assignable knob indication.

Thanks Dave, I knew it had to be something simple like this but I hadn't found it yet. Much appreciated!
