HDX protools 10.3.9 No Sound Output

I periodically get no sound output from protools HDX running 10.3.9 on lion. What happens is I don't see any meter movement on any of the channels. I have to quit protools and relaunch to get sound back.
Is this still related to the No output bug that was happening in earlier versions of protools? Or is it plugin related?

Interestingly enough I have not come across this exact issue on HD Native systems running same version of protools or 10.3.8. I've had slightly different issues where a channels output just stops playing. If I scrub a clip on the affected Chanel audio output is re-engaged. Another work around is to de-activate the affected Chanel's output and then make it active again and everything comes back to normal.

It's a bit disconcerting when this happens since it always happens in a play back with clients and for some reason it mostly happens on the 1st Dialog track!! Go figure....lol..

I've seen the channel dropping bug. I think avid knows about this bug and I think they need to change some really major code to fix it. So, look for a fix in later versions of PT. FYI I think PT 11 is better then PT 10 in regards to the channel dropping issue.
