Pan Window follows Track Selection?

I've looked and can't find a way, but maybe someone knows. Is it possible to get the pan window (assuming I only have one open) to follow my track selection? I'm getting really tired of selecting something, then having to find that tiny pan window...

I'd love a preference for the pan window to follow track selection, or some shortcuts to show the pan window, any keyboard commands?
