Fader Calibration and Test results

Hello DUC,

Am i encountering an issue on my brand new C8 ?

So i have baught this C8 one month ago. Recently, my fader n°2 was softly "clicking" when i turned on the command.

After research i put the C8 in standalone mode and saw that all the faders where at 0 while the fader n°2 was at 14. So i ran the fader calibration and i saw that the fader n° is always between 10 to 20 while the others are a 0 exept the fader 8 that is between 0 to 7.

I try Fader test and i get same results. Is it an issue ? must i send back to my seller this unit to get one another ?

I had the same issue. for me it was the n.5 fader. it was the beginning of the end...
the fader is defective, if your C8 is under warranty, ask for the unit's replacement or the fader's replacement. in my case i had to buy the replacement kit and i made the job by myself.

Hello, i have a question for the DigiTechSupport

I have received my remplacement Command8 With the old registration card, do i have to re-register this unit to my account ? Or digi will make the transfer ?
