Default No iLok auth...

I just purchased and registered Pro Tools 9. I have yet to receive the iLok authorization. It's been about 9 hrs since I registered. When I go to "your products" under my account on avid.com it lists nothing. I have received a product registration email saying that I've registered Pro Tools 9 with a confirmation number and other info and it lists the correct iLok account name. I've got an email into support, waiting to hear back. Has anyone else had a problem with registering like this? Thanks in advance.

Did you look under Products Not Yet Downloaded in your Avid account? If you have not yet entered the Activation Code from your Pro Tools 9 purchase, it might be there.

I can't check. There is nothing with your forum email address, so I'm guessing you used a different email account to register Pro Tools 9.

It says "No downloads found". I've updated my email address so that it's the same on avid.com. Thank you!

Make certain you are router or firewall is not blocking active-x.

Your iLok account now shows the Pro Tools 9 license installed on your iLok.

Your online registration shows this:
Registered Products
Product: Pro Tools 9.0 Box

So you would have had the Pro Tools 9.0 installation disk included in the boxed version, not in your Avid account, since it is not a download-only product.

You can download the Pro Tools 9.0.1 Update from here (linked at the top of the forum)
