Default Xpand instruments?

I have a 002r on a mac book pro. I upraded to pt8 and now my sounds for xpand are not working. The support section said look for .dat file. Where is this located and if it is gone where can i find one. My xpand worked fine until i upgraded. Any help out there.

Default Re: Xpand instruments?

The new Pro Tools 8 installer includes the AIR Creative Collection that installs by default. Xpand!2 overwrites Xpand! and the .dat file is no longer in use. Xpand!2 has a built-in pointer to locate Xpand!2 content, this by default is no problem if the content has not been moved.
