No audio output from HD Omni even though the meters showing output

Solved. HD Omni got funky but a few resets and system restarts solved it somehow.

Unsolved: HD Native TB box headphone suddenly does not work still. No matter what, it just seems like it's decided to stop working.

Updated to the latest Pro Tools with the new features and suddenly there's no audio that comes out of the monitors. I'm on MacOS on a touchbar MBP with HD Native TB and HD Omni interface. Is there a new way to set up output with the new Pro Tools Ultimate?

On another note, the HP jack on the HD Native box doesn't output any sound at all either. Digitests passed and reset the unit but still no luck. All of these issues are new and out of left field.
