New Tracks Soft Keys not Working

Hi,

I'm using PT|Control with a Dock and S3 on a Windows 10 based HDX system with PT12.5.1

If I tap the New Tracks softkey on the iPad PT shows the new tracks window. The PT|Control App moves to page 136 and shows soft keys for the number, format, type and sample/tick options that correspond to the options in the PT dialog.

However, only the Number softkeys appear to work. if I hit the format or type softkeys nothing changes in the PT window.

If I want to change the track format to Stereo or type to say instrument track, I have to do this with the mouse in PT itself.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

It's a bug, this scenario worked for me even with Artist Control.

I had the same problem. I sorted it out. In the soft key commands for the non functioning buttons, change the modifiers from Cmd to Ctrl. These are the PC settings.
