Default VISUAL RECORD??
Just a quick one, i used to be able to see the waveform when recording, now i only see the red with no waveform displaying as it records.

you are probably too far zoomed in. Zoom out and you should see it. Just a guess.

In Destructive Record mode, waveforms aren't shown - in contrast to Non-Destructive modes - as I recall.
