CAD M179 thoughts?

Anyone had any experience with this one? i heard that it was good mike for studio acoustid guitars, oeverhead drums and vocals. the adjustable polar pattern stuff seems ince and a great mike for the 299 price. jsut looking for some thoughts other than the normal sales pitch....
