Turning Off Carbon...

Hello Everyone.


Does anyone know if it makes a difference if I use the power switch on the front of the Carbon to turn the unit off - compared to just using my power conditioner that the Carbon is plugged into - to turn the Carbon off?


Don't want to ruin something by not doing what's best...

Hi friend i do the same as you but i have a power sequencing also. I think they are designed to support that but i would love to hear more info about it too. I power on/off all my gear that way BTW.

Best to turn off by pressing and holding the power button on Carbon for 2 seconds, as stated on Pro Tools Carbon Guide document.
