Default How to get support for dead artist mix

Hi all,

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of how to get support for my less than 2 year old artist mix that now refuses to power up. It's been used for less than 150 hours of total mixing, and I know it's not the power supply as I have 2 x Artist Mixes and a Control, and the power supply works fine on the other ones, and the other power supplies do not work on it.

I would hope they would offer support on the product as its price dictates that I should be able to get more than a year and a half out of it...

Cheers!

Look for a list of avid-approved service centers. Here is one in Nashville, which I'm pretty sure is still on Earth

Hi Albee,

Thanks for that, I found the list and contacted the local repair centre here in Australia, so I will wait to hear back from them. I was not aware this list existed, so thank you for enlightening me.

Cheers!
