Default Digitest and Tiger problem

I just installed Tiger but can't run Digitest. Get "DSI error occured: -1092". Reseated cards, sessions open fine.

Rebooted in 10.3.8 and Digitest runs and opens no problem. Doesn't run in 10.4.1 on a Dual 2.7.

I checked and I get the same error here with a Dual 2.5, 10.4.1 and 6.9.2 installed.

Same here. Running on both a PowerBook 1Ghz, 1Gb RAM, 6.9.2, Tiger 10.4.1, with a Magma PCI expansion chassis, and on a Dual 450 Mhz PowerMac. ProTools HD2, 192 I/Os. Same error on both machines.

There have been a few posts now re this Digitest error in 6.9.2 and Tiger. Sessions open and play OK.

Just thought I'd bump up the solution I found ie re-installing Digitest again from the disk image. Go into installer and select only this as an option - not the whole lot. (ie ProTools Utilities only - deselect everything else)

I had already done the whole utility and Digi Database/prefs trashing etc, re-seated cards, flex cables etc but this solved this DSI Error -1092 for me.

Hope this helps

I also have been getting DSI Error -1092 running Digitest with PT TDM 6.9.2 installed on a dual 2.7 GHz and OS X 10.4. Then I tried reinstalling just Pro Tools Utilities from the 6.9.2 disk image but this didn't help. I also upgraded OS X to 10.4.1, but still no change.
