upgraded subscription not showing in my account
I upgraded from ProTools artist to Pro Tools studio subscription about a week or so ago, and all that shows in my account is still ProTools artist. It appears that I do have Pro Tools studio on my computer because I am able to get more than 32 tracks but beyond that my avid account and my avid link, Both only indicate ProTools artist. I have, over the last several days, been in communication with customer support via email but the delay in between our emails is greatly frustrating. I don't understand why I can't have a real time conversation with somebody about this.

Hi rockstardvnt,
First we apologize about the inconvenience. I checked your account and your Pro Tools Software is now showing as Pro Tools Studio in your View My Products page . Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist.
