Default Re: Errors,errors,erros! HELP

DAE Error is a common prompt,i'm not entirely sure what the main problem is though common probs are files of audio tools has to read i.e to many segments at once,so you may have to bounce tracks to condense them or simply assign more memory to the DAE.Otherwise throw you computer out the window!!! Default Errors, errors, erros! HELP

What is DAE error -36??
What is DAE unable tho complete the operation, disk too slow or fragmented -9073??(speed disk says the disk is fine)

also, when copying files, the MAC says it can't read certain files because of a error -36.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

A -36 error code is a Mac I/O (read/write) error:
-Check drive termination.
-Check SCSI cabling.
-Check drive with Disk Warrior, Apple Disk First Aid or any other such disk utility

-What utility did you use to format your drives? You should initialize all SCSI audio drives with ATTO ExpressPro-Tools v2.3.2 (available on the PT 5.1 CD-ROM). You should use the Apple Drive Setup utility for all ATA drives.

In addition:
-Trash the DigiSetup File, Pro Tools preference, and DAE prefs (the entire folder) from the System Folder>Preferences folder. Empty the Trash and restart the Mac.

-Rebuild the Desktop file. Hold down the Apple+Option keys while the extensions march across the bottom of the screen during boot-up. Hold the keys down until you get a window prompting you and then Click “OK”.
