PT10 Licence missing???
Been running PT10 since March - it's an upgrade from PT9 which was upgraded from LE.
Currently running 10.2 on an iMac i7 with Lion. Things have been a bit buggy recently so been looking for latest updates but in my Avid account, I'm only showing PT9 and downloads relating to that. Can anyone shine any light on why my PT10 licence isn't showing, it's fine and dandy with my ilok authorisation etc….. Thanks

Hi JKR.
Pro Tools 10 is not showing in your My Avid account because, although the upgrade to PT 10 from PT 9 was activated to your iLok.com account, it was done under a different name and e-mail address. Regards, Avid CS
