Card Slot Order for PTMix Plus on 9500/150

Card Slot Order for PTMix Plus on 9500/150

I read the documentation provided about the slot order for PTMix Plus, but I want to confirm, because I've had problems with my monitor card being in any other slot other than the top one. Can I leave the monitor card in this slot, followed by the MIX core, Mix Farm and then the SCSI accelerator? If not, do I skip a slot to put the SCSI accelerator and video card on the bottom group of 3 slots? In other words would this be right?

Top - MIX CORE
- Mix Farm
- SKIP (blank)
- SCSI Accelerator
- Video Card
- SKIP (blank)
