How to reinstall protools?

Despite having purchased avid products there is still no reliable support so I am here, whatever. I bought an eleven rack that came with pt10 and I have to reformat my computer. How do I reinstall everything? Do I have to re license my ilok?

Hi,

No need to do anything re the ilok the auth is safe.

Just download and install PT 10 available in your Avid account.

also install the ilok drivers from ilok.com

The instruments are a separate installer so don't forget that!!

Any optional third party plugins will need to be downloaded from the relevant plugin vendors website.
