Default AAE -7106 error with UA Sphere software

PT Ultimate 2024.3 on a Win 10 machine. Since I installed 2024.3, I cannot open the software used to control my Universal Audio Sphere mic in mono mode. I get the AAE error -7106 message with no additional text info. I tried deleting the UA plugin and reinstalling it, no change. I trashed my preferences, no change. I uninstalled PT and did a fresh reinstall of 2024.3 and the Avid HD driver, no change. The UA plugin was working fine in 2023.12. I would like to roll back to that version, but it is no longer available as a download option in the "My Products" list under my account.

Any joy out there??? Glitch in 2024.3? Workaround?

Update: The stereo "180" version of the UA Sphere software works. I uninstalled 2024.3 and rolled back to a fresh install of 2023.12.1 and I still have the same issue. I'm clueless. I sent a support request to UA.

While UA and Avid try and figure out the error 7106 - I wanted you to know that you can usually always find older versions of the software in the Download Center.

Just navigate to the My Products upper right quad of MyAvid and the last selection in the list is the download center.

Let us know if UA responds to you and what you find out. Tech will respond to your case when they can.....
