Default Error type 2 on Dual800

Is anybody else having Protools Free quitting with an Error type 2 on a Dual 800?

It happens when I import a video, that video's stereo audio, and add new tracks.

Im running on OS 9.2 on a Dual 800 G4

Please help!

Default Re: Error type 2 on Dual800

As far as I remember, error = type 2 is caused by the processor attempting to write to an even memory address when it should be an odd one, in RAM. Mac help says that the application needs more RAM assigned to it. This usually works, but not always. Playback buffer size and system extensions can be an issue.
