Hi, jeffro, I'm in the same case..
I have a monthly paid PT12 license that failed, because i renewed my own credit card.
I updated the billing informations correctly but nothing shows up on my ilok account.

I tried to open a case, but the website seems to act funny.

If you can take a look.. my account -> ------

(I have several different subscriptions..) I'm talking about the PT12 native monthly paid.
