live 5 upgrade from digi version

i BOUGHT MY 002 RACK IN FEB THIS YEAR AND GOT THE NEWER LIVE DIGI VERSIOn (BASED ON LIVE 4)
nOW i am thinking about buying the full live 5.Last I checked we got it for 250.
Anybody know if this is still on?
I might try anyways tonight.
