problem with midi program change

hi. i cannot send midi program change. the problem is that if i input (in the midi program change pop-up window) a number in either "controller 0" or "controller 32" fields, as i click in the other field the number just inserted disappear.

do you have any solutions?

I called about this same issue myself. Digi knows about it. But you should call tech support and put a compaint in. Last time i checked they could not find my complaint. They will fix it in the next update if they get enough complaints. So give a call. This i unexceptable. I think sometime Digi thinks most of there users are live players and non midi guys which is untrue.

today, Pro Tools still miss the Controller 0 program change. Any news, DIGI?

Its a known bug! fill in a bug report form, the more requests they get the quicker the engineers will fix it.

Same here, the bank changes 0 and 32 dissappear immediatly when filled in. The only way to send them, is by using/creating a .midnam file. But these do not always load properly or at all.

how to report a bug via software? is it possible that we pay tenth thousands dollars for these stupid bugs?

Full program changes can be entered using the MIDI Event List.

but, though the numbers disappear as you insert them, mine still works and stores (invisably) the program assignment.

Cawbaby is correct - the program change will still occur, it's just that the display reverts to default after entering a number.

A bug has been logged on this and I'll add your comments to the record.
