Default Magma PE64r to Magma Expresbox 3T to Mac pro 2013 with Mavericks?

Hi All
Does anybody have succesfull storie about this setup?
I have old Magma PE64R chassis with
One core and 5 Accell HD cards everything worked great on Mac oro 5.1 .(sold!) and now I have another Magma expressbox 3T thunderbolt 2 work great with Mac pro 2013 with Mavericks.
But when I try to start Mac pro with Magma PE64R powered on computer wont boot at all?
When I disconect thunderbolt cable Mac pro boot fine. Put thunderbolt cable back in and all pci x cards are visible but no driver loaded?
Has anybody messed with thi option?
Thanks in advance!
