Spectral Analyzer
Is anyone out there aware of a TDM plug-in that does spectral frequency analysis? Does anyone have any hot tips in this area?
I am interested in mimicking the overall tonal sound of some of my faves. Thanks

Re: Spectral Analyzer
Spectra Foo, from Metric Halo Labs:
www.mhlabs.com will give you the most comprehensive spcral frequency analysis I would imagine, but you would then have to use that information in another program, like one listed below. I don't own it, but I've seen nothing but raves about it from those that do. You can create new sounds in Bruno/Reso. www.digidesign.com/prod/brunoreso Hyperprism from www.arboretum.com and some of the products from www.wavemechanics.com are also worth looking at. I'm which of these if any can analyze a given sound and recreate it, but check em out. ------------------ Bruce Paine eMarketing

Re: Spectral Analyzer
I use PAZ from Waves. The frequency analizer is very detailed and there is also a stereo position analizer.

Re: Spectral Analyzer
Is there an easy way to generate pink noise in PT? I have a hardware generator, but it is kind of clunky. I know this is not your standard plug-in, but just thought I'd ask. (I'm running Mac Native, and I own Waves Gold.)

Re: Spectral Analyzer
Well, you could try the Signal Generator plugin on your PT LE. I did, worked nice.

Re: Spectral Analyzer
Bruce,
I did try, www.digidesign.com/prod/brunoreso this didn't quite get there? "The file you requested either no longer exists or was moved." also, Camilo, http://www.steinberg.net/products/ae...2&sid=08710798 This is a VST plug-in ? Does PT now support VST and I didn't notice. |
