I have started projects at home, and then taken them into the studio to mix (depending on the clients needs).

This has always worked out fine, and sometimes it's good to work on the project in a different environment.

Now with 5.1 its easier to do.
You can open PC Digi001 session on a TDM Mac system. Also it's good to have another environment to mix.
That's what I would suggest.

Here's some advice about working on sessions in LE that you plan to open on a TDM system. Answers to the question, "Why does my Pro Tools LE session clip when I open it on TDM hardware?"
