Default Pro Tools 11 won't play

I have just loaded Pro Tools 11 onto my new Win 7 64 bit Professional system and when I click Play on the Transport window, the play button activates for a second then stops. No audio at all. Can someone help me with what's not set up properly?
Thanks

Do you have a dedicated audio drive (2nd drive where your sessions are saved to)?
