Default Shuttle or Aopen SFF computer opinions?

I'm on a quest to build a PT 7 (M-powered) compatible system, with the following requirements:
1. Small form factor case.
2. Quiet.
3. Reasonably fast and reliable.

So with the incredible help of this forum, I've narrowed it down to two possible systems.

Shuttle SN95G5 (Nvidia Nforce3 250 chipset) with AMD X2 3800+, (has SATA)

or
Aopen EY855-II (Intel 855GME+ICH4M chipset) with Pentium M 745 Dothan, (no SATA, just IDE)

With similarly spec'd video cards, memory, hard drive, firewire card (not sure I'll need this...no Mbox or Digi 002), the price comes out roughly the same. Noise levels are similar too, with the Aopen having a slight edge (with less power consumption/heat b/c it's Pentium M)

Any opinions?

Thanks a bunch,
Avi
