vers 5.0.1 undo mix plus

Hello,

I just installed tdm version 5.0.1 on a 800mhz quicksilver. The OS is 9.2.2, there is a mix core card, a mix farm card and one 888/24. Everything is working except when I record a segment or do a punch in after I stop recording undo is not an option. Is there a preference setting for levels of undo or was undo not an option for this function in version 5.0.1? I have only used vers 5.1+, I am not familiar with version tdm 5.0.1.

sorry this isnt a answer to your question but why dont you install panther on that computer and use prtools 6.4.1. im not sure 5.0.1 has 16 undos?

My machine also has jaguar on it, upgrading to panther might be an option. Do you know where I can purchase PT version 6.4.1? Would I be able to carry over any of my plug ins from version 5 - os9 to os X?

Pro Tools 5.1 added the "Multiple Undo" and "Auto-Save Session" features to Pro Tools.
Pro Tools 6.1 added support for up to 32 levels of undo (increased from 16).

Please confirm that in version 5.0.1 there is no way to undo (1 level) a segment after recording is stopped. I think I will have to install version 6.4.1 and Panther. Is version 6.4.1 and Panther as stable as the os 9 versions?
