I received a letter from ILOK mail.

Did you report an iLok lost?
Contact the companies that you had licenses on that iLok and ask for replacement licenses to be deposited into your iLok account.

Apparently you are a Pro Tools user, so at a minimum you should contact your local Avid representative in China, to get help in getting a replacement license for Pro Tools.

Well not a lot of clarity here... I am not sure what the question. Really is or wether just doing what the email says to do has been tried other not.
How did you obtain/purchase this license? From where? Did you indeed report a missing iLok to iLok/pace? What happened in response to that? Did you contact vendors like Avid with licenses on that iLok and did or did they not replace the licenses for you? Did you find the missing iLok yourself? |
