ilok licence for PT8 M-powered

hello, after a search in the forum, i need to bring this topic out:

two weeks ago, i was stolen in my studio, the thiefs took my imac with the ilok, my projectmix and other stuff, now im about to buy the stolen things back
(I'm a user of Pro tools 8 M-powered).

please help me with the following questions:

I need a new ilok in order to use Pro tools in a new computer, am i wrong?

what is the process that i need to follow to get the licence of Pro Tools into a new ilok?

will Pro Tools work even if i dont have the interfase anymore?

Did you register you software with avid? If you did you could contact them. If you did not I believe there is nothing you can do unless you have your original serial numbers and software. Contact them! (not us)

I would go onto ebay and buy a used copy, they are very cheap right now.
