Eucon Software doesn't recognise Artist Control

I've changed my Mac from 2013 Mac Pro to M2 Mac Studio. I can no longer use my Artist Control with the new Mac Studio. The Eucon control software doesn't recognise it. I use Mac OS Ventura, Pro Tools 2023.6 and Eucon 2023.6. I have already changed the hostname of the Mac Studio. I also use an Avid Carbon plugged into the ethernet port. So, I use an adapter (TB to Ethernet) for the Artist Control. However, I tried also to plug it directly into the ethernet port with the carbon discarded. Same problem. Can anybody help?

In Avid Control top left is there a red exclamation mark?

Make sure the versions are the same for AC and EuControl

What IP addresses are the tablet and the Ethernet adapter?

I'm not talking about Avid Control, I'm talking about the Faderbox Artist Control:

I guess your problem is this device is obsolete and not supported by newer versions of EU Control.

I understand this page like this: The software still works but the device is no longer sold and there are no more spare parts.
Or does the current Econ software no longer work with the Artist series?

You understand correctly.
The Artist Series still works with the current version of Eucontrol. If it isn’t showing up as a possible surface, there is some other issue.

Did you set up the Artist controller with a static IP? Reset the unit to use dhcp.

I found it 😊.
I had to change the network connection in the Apple System Preferences. There is an extra tab for Eucon. There you can select your network connection and I had to change it from USB to Thunderbolt.
