Default changing edit window track size?

is there a way to change the size of the tracks in the edit (CORRECTION MIX) window? depending on how i set up the interface, 11R, digi I/O, or other firewire interface, i get a good sized edit (correction MIX) window and other times, i get a small one.

for example, on a good sized window, a stereo track shows me the numbers for panning left and right.

on my reduced sized window, i only get the knobs. no numbers... i really want those numbers and i can't seem to figure this out.

i'm comfortable with pro tools, but never had an issue with PT8LE. (edit: i guess not comfortable enough to know the difference in names between the edit window and the mix window. ha ha ha!)

what is this?

any help?

here's a pic. hopefully this explains it better than i did!

That is not your edit window. That is the mix window. and you have it on narrow view, uncheck that and it will be on wide view. Either view>uncheck narrow mix, or option+Apple+m

Default Re: changing edit window track size?

your picture is of the Mixer window, not the edit window... So, to toggle Large Mixer / Small Mixer, Hit Option + Command + M with a track selected.

In the edit window, you can drag a track to any size you like PT 7.4+
Edit: HD2 BEAT ME TO IT
