limited how? The only limitation I know of is the DV toolkit option, which is a necessity for video but other than video, LE and M-Powered are pretty equal.
Limited in tracks: yes, 48 (can be upgraded with the production toolkit.)
Limited in active inputs and outputs: yes 18
Limited to audio: yes 24Bit 96KHz (Not a big deal for a home or project studio)

Other than that Limited only by your computer.

You can use any RTAS VI.

Are you talking about M-powered full version?

I think everyone is talking about M-powered Essentials, which is a freeware that comes with m-audio hardware.
