Triggering VCA spill on S1 is really inconsistent

I shouldn't have to practice pressing a button twice.

If it doesn't work the first time every time, it cannot be relied upon, and is therefore unusable IMO

So an interesting thing I noticed... there's a lag populating the scribble strips when you spill... and it seems to be directly proportional to how far down in a large session you are.

For example... my dialogue is at the top... scribble populate instantly.
Music is at the bottome... lag is about 2-3 seconds.

Move the music to the top, and no lag.

S1... def not a showstopper, but interesting. (pt 2019.6 osx 10.12.6 300+tracks native)

Control app hasn't been updated in the app store yet, so I can't use it.

I just checked with engineering and there will be a 20.5.1 EuControl release in a couple of weeks with a speed up for this spill.
