Pro Tools 10 download: serial number not accepted"

I cannot download the software I bought from Avid. It asks for my iLok userID, hardware interface, and hardware serial number. I have my iLok user ID, I select my hardware interface (MBox Pro) and I put in the serial number for the Mbox Pro and it tells me "Provided Serial Number was not accepted"... I've registered my Mbox Pro... Can anyone help??? Thanks!
