Default D24...will my cards work in a G4?

I have a D24 and a PCI farm in a 9600, and am considering upgrading to a G4. I've heard that some of the cards of this era don't work in a G4...is there any way to tell, and anything I can do if mine doesn't work? Thanks!

D24:
d24 cards need to be of revision "g1" (or later) for compatibility with G4 computers. You can check the revision of your card by locating the letter printed in the lowest oval (there are 3 of them) to the left of the TDM receptacle.

DSP Farm:
-Locate the first string of alpha-numeric characters under the words “PCI Matchmaker” on the large chip in the center of your DSP Farm(s). If the string ends with the letter Q you need to get the card upgraded.

If an upgrade is needed for either card, please contact Tech Support to get an RA issued:

Thanks Brent,

Both of my cards need to be upgraded. Do you know how much it costs to upgrade them?

Also, I just bought these cards over Ebay, and have not had the cards registered in my name, because I couldn't afford it and I didn't think I would need to...does this matter as far as getting the upgrade? Thanks for your help!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Yes, these cards can work in a B&W G3. However, the DSP Farm revision still applies and the d24 rev applies if using a B&W G3 400MHz or 450MHz model.
