Default Craeting an I/O Template or File

How do i create an I/O file or template so i can import it into my future "New Sessions"?

Are you talking about a general session template? Or are you talking about an I/O hardware setup file?

Managing I/O setting files in covered starting on
page 81 of the Reference Guide.

If you're talking about just a general session template, with tracks and I/O setup already, check out this help page on my website.

To create a template, just create a new session called "Template" and create all the tracks you want, complete with plugins, I/O, whatever. Then when you want to record a song, create a new session, go to file, import session data, and then go to your template file and highlight all the tracks you want.
