11.3 - Files now don't want to snap in Shuffle Mode
I just installed 11.3 and when I select files to snap to the next file in Shuffle Mode, some move and some don't. I have to keep trying to move them over and over to get them to finally move. This just started with 11.3. Anyone else noticing an issue with this?

Seems to be working here.
Have you tried trashing preferences?

Yes, but thanks for asking. I've tried all the usual. I'm going to try a new session and see if that makes a difference, then keep going from there.
