digi 001 and G5
After buying the digi 001 interface for my son's G5 for recording music, I discovered the PCI card is the 5 V type that is supported by G4's but not G5's. Is there an adapter (third party) to use a 5 V PCI card in the G5's 3.3 V only slot? Any other way to make the digidesign 001 interface work with the G5? Thanks

No, unfortunately it can't be done (actually, it may work with an expansion chassis, but those cost more than the 002R does so there wouldn't be much point to getting one of those...and depending on which G5 you have the software may not support the 001 either). Your best bet is to upgrade it to a 002R.
