Not sure. On Canadian TV the angle shows a high probability of a catch. If he doesn't hang himself, his buddies will do it for him

No way...I think he would've caught it. One of my friend's was at the game and she said the whole crowd was chanting "*ssh*le...*ssh*le" for the rest of the game. Security even stepped in at the end of the game to protect the guy and get him out of Wrigley...he's gonna be marked man around here if the Cubs lose tonight.

i wasnt in front of the tv when it happened, but all the still pics I have seen today sure looked like the ball was out of reach. But like I said, I wasnt there, and didnt see the replays....
Yup, he is a marked man for sure...
but wouldnt any one of us reached for that ball if it was heading right at us?

Dam straight he would of cought that ball!!!!! I was out on addison st. all set for an incredible night of celebration but nooooooo. That fool had to mess everything up!

Honestly I feel bad for the guy with all this heat comming down on him, but I feel worse for a whole city hanging on brink of disaster.

But we still have tonight!! Too bad for florida. They put up a good fight but now it's time to leave the World Series to the best city in all the land.
