does eleven tdm license include rtas version as well?
or they separate?

Uh are you sure?

The Avid store currently appears to show one product SKU which claims TDM and RTAS support. Which is consistent with the historical "Eleven" product (in contrast to "Eleven LE") that included TDM and RTAS support. Unfortunately the Avid store is kind of mess so who really knows.

Other retailers still list separate SKUs for Eleven and Eleven LE (RTAS only). But who knows if Eleven LE is still really a product (and if it is why is it not showing up in the Avid Store?).
