Expansion Pack Installation Problem

Hithere,

I just bought 11R and was about to install the Expansion Pack but when I click on the updater(to update the rack itself) a message appears saying "Avid Eleven Rack updater has stopped working"

I have already installed Pro Tools LE 8 and am running on windows vista. The rack is usb'd and turned on. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have internet explorer 9 installed? if so you need to uninstall it BEFORE running the ERXP installer, otherwise it will crash.

After installation, you can re-install IE9.
