iLok bundled with 003 Question

Hey Guys,

About to pick up the 003 factory and
I was wondering if the iLok comes preloaded
with all the authorizers and such so I don't have
to go through all the rigmarole of authorizing things
on the iLok site.

Also, are any of the plug ins offered in the
factory bundle actually any good.
I'm going to be picking up the PSP vintage Warmer
and probably the Ren Maxx from Waves anyway
but I just thought it would be nice to have some good
free ones.
