Sample Cell Card Memory Problems

SC2 was running fine (a couple months, anyway) till today. Everytime I try to either load or create any instruments, it tells me that the card hasn't the memory to complete the operation.

I've used the "delete all unused samples" function, ran the diagnostics w/ the program, increased memory to the program itself, reinstalled from disc, and nothing is helping.

Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix this? This card is a recent purchase and I would feel obliged to return it if this cannot be fixed soon.

1) Is this a Samplecell II (no built-in memory) or SampleCell II Plus (built-in memory)?

2) What does "Monitor SampleCell" list for memory size?

3) In the "Test SampleCell" window, do all tests pass? (NOTE: Always restart the Mac after running these tests.)
