my cranesong phoenix was stolen from me by ilok

In my vision ilok.com need to cover this problems from they funds. If someones transfer a license trough they system, they are only able to know the licenses are valid or not valid authorisations. We pay 25usd license transfer fee for a service. This service controlled, maintained by ilok - we cannot trick or see behind the wall.

Let us know how you get on. Like I stated in another thread eBay/PayPal don't cover software. I had an issue where I was sold an ilok which was brought with fake credit card details. When the ilok was band from the ilok site which made me ring McDSP to find out what had happened they informed me the licenses were brought with a false credit card . I then phoned PayPal/eBay and they said they don't cover software purchases

and they won't because you have contact the DEVELOPER Not ilok (Pace) and plead your case. And I can tell you you Every Single Developer will have a different response.

Almost exactly the same expierence with the dev's as you. The helpful ones were helpful and the other weren't.

I will add a positive for avid they were super helpful.

Hi,
yes, I did contact Eventide and they are very nice, they offered me to buy the Anthology bundle at a really great discount. However, it's iLok's fault, and I don't want to buy the bundle a second time. Hope, you understand this.
As iLok duplicated Eventide's license, in my opinion iLok has to resolve this issue with Eventide, not me.
